1. Installation of the Terrain Awareness and Warning System must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL12012 Revision J, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved March 9, 2023 or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS12012-1 Revision D, TCCA approved March 8, 2023 or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Mid Canada Mod Center Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA12012-1 Revision E, dated August 09, 2021, or later TCCA accepted revision.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

4. Operate in accordance with the Limitations section of the flight manual supplement identified in the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §21.115 and §21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Models DHC-8-101/-102/-103/-106/-201/-202/ -301/-311/-315 is as follows:
