Installation (including Demod option) of Cabin Connectivity in accordance with Delta Engineering Master Data List (MDL) 0172-12223-2597 Revision A dated Nov. 18, 2024 or later FAA approved revisions to Delta Engineering Master Data List previously listed. The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement as listed on the Master Data List are required with this installation.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. (See Continuation Sheet 3)

3. Operational approval to use T-PED’s must be obtained separately from this STC.
4. Reference Delta Engineering Master Data List for additional limitations and conditions and applicable serial numbers.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, this STC is a non-significant change. The certification basis for un-changed or not affected areas by this STC remains un-changed by this STC and the certification basis for this STC is as follows:
a. Certification basis defined in the TCDS.
b. CFR Part 26:
i. This STC does not require a revision to the Electrical Wiring Interconnect System Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
