Original Product Type Certificate Number A16WE Make : Boeing Model : 737 -500 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an 8F/106Y (1st class/coach) passenger cabin configuration and a new G2 Galley, Part Number SJ732CO-1, in accordance with Continental Airlines Master Drawing List 2500DA11545, Revision C, dated July 29, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. The applicable FAA Approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, 737-500 Interior Reconfiguration Report No. 2500R00565, Original Issue dated May 20, 2005 or later FAA Approved revision is required.
3. A copy of this Certificate and Continental Airlines Engineering Master Drawing List 2500DA11545, Revision C, dated July 29, 2005 or later FAA Approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
