Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number N0442 -D70 Revision B, dated March 19, 2013 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation. No AFM Supplement or EWIS Source Document is required for this modification.
1) The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Prior installation of United Airlines, Inc. Supplemental Type Certificate ST09703AC is required for the installation of this STC

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this modification since the reference application date January 3, 2013, is based upon the type certification basis shown in TCDS A2NM with no exceptions.
c. The modification certification basis also includes Special Conditions Number 25-397-SC, dated December 18, 2009.
