737-800 MCL Slimline Lavatory and Economy Class Seat Modification (HIC Exempt) in accordance with United Airlines Master Drawing List 2520DA13795 Revision A, dated July 31, 2014 or later FAA approved revision .
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number 2500R01168C, dated May 7, 2014 and EWIS Source Document N0455-D79, dated April 11, 2014 or later FAA accepted/approved revisions are required for this installation. No AFM Supplement is required for this modification.
1) The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Prior installation of United Airlines, Inc. Supplemental Type Certificate ST09712AC is required for the installation of this STC.
