Installation of a Universal Avionics, Terrain Awareness Warning System (TAWS) in accordance with Index List CBA13498001, Rev. F, dated 09/28/01, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement CBA1349M001, Rev. -, dated 09/28/01 or later FAA approved revision is required.
The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. STC ST09796SC-D must be installed prior to or in conjunction with this installation. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
