(2) Supplemental Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number 4420R01909C Rev A, dated June 10, 2026 or later approved FAA revision. (3) No EWIS ICA is required for this modification.
(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
(3) Concurrent installation of FAA STC ST12325SE and ST12326SE is required for all aircraft modified by this STC.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown in TCDS A28NM.
b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this modification since the reference application date January 15, 2026 is based upon the type certification basis shown in TCDS A28NM with the following exceptions.
