IR, dated 5/3/2016, or later FAA approved revisions, and Installation Requirements Assessment, ASIG Document No. 1065-3005-00, Rev. IR, dated 2/24/2016, or later FAA approved revisions. The Installation Requirements Assessment must be provided with the delivery of the product.

1. Compatibility of this modification with other FAA approved modifications, on the specific aircraft being altered, must be evaluated by the installer.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The SkyTender Beverage Trolley must be installed in accordance with Installation Requirements Assessment, ASIG Document No. 1065-3005-00, Rev. IR, dated 2/24/2016, or later FAA approved revisions

4. Maintenance Instruction 1065-2080099, dated February 25 2016, rev A is a required part of this modification.
