Modification of rain repellant systems for Boeing 737 aircraft in accordance with the Le Bozec, Inc. documents: 1) "Top Drawing List B737 Series Rain Repellent Installation", Document Number: 9901000, Revision: A, Dated:
April 18, 2001 or later FAA approved revision, and 2) "Engineering Order B737 Series Rain Repellent Installation", Document Number: 99010800, Revision: A, Dated: April 11, 2001 or later approved revision.
Modifications are only applicable to rain repellent systems that were installed at time of airplane production under Type Certificates A16WE. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
