The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Note: The FAA has reviewed the applicant’s assessment showing that this modification does not impact the existing electrical wiring interconnection system instructions for continued airworthiness (EWIS ICA) and found that no additional EWIS ICA tasks are required.

The certification basis for this installation is per Type Certificate Data Sheet T00001SE, Revision 40, plus the following FAR Part 25 paragraphs for Amendment 25-1 through 25-143, and with exceptions as noted in the TCDS T00001SE, Revision 40.
