Installation of aft lavatory area and single side-facing seat for occupancy during taxi, takeoff and landing in accordance with Index List GA224048000, Rev. G, dated 12/2/2003, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement GA22404M000, Rev. None, dated 12/3/2003 or later FAA approved revision is required.
Compliance with Special Condition 25-251-SC for Dynamic Test Requirements for Single-Place Side-Facing Lavatory Seat for TT & L, dated October 9, 2003 and Equivalent Level Of Safety for Frangible Lavatory Door Installation, dated November 18, 2003 have been demonstrated. The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
