Installation of second Collins Proline 21 Automatic Direction Finder (ADF) System in accordance with Index List GA212148000, Rev. B, dated 07/07/04, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement GA21214M000, Rev. “None”, dated 07/07/04 or later FAA approved revision is required.
The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. This modification is eligible for installation on airplane serial numbers 088 and higher when equipped with Collins Proline 21 avionics. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
