Installation of Aerial View Systems (AVS) tail-mounted video camera system in accordance with Index List GA215058000, Rev. C, dated 07/12/04, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement GA21505M000, Rev. “None”, dated 07/12/04 or later FAA approved revision is required.
The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
