Installation of a modification to the existing dual Honeywell MST-67A Mode S Transponder Systems to incorporate the Elementary Surveillance (Flight ID) function in accordance with Index List CFC11268000, Rev. A, dated 08/27/2004, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement CFC 1126M000, Rev. None, dated 08/27/2004 or later FAA approved revision is required.
The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
