Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an executive interior and galley in S/N 1049 in accordance with Akridge Aircraft Interiors, Inc. Master Drawing List No. 1049-00001, Rev. B, dated August 19, 2002, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement No. AAI-AFMS-01, Rev. IR, dated August 22, 2002, or later FAA approved revision is required.
Limitations and Conditions: Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Gulfstream Model G-IV, Serial Number 1049. This STC does not permit manufacturing parts for multiple installations.
This certificate and the supporting data w hich is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
