Description of Type Design Change: Interior reconfiguration and installation of an upgraded In-Flight Entertainment System in accordance with American Airlines “Master Data List” document number B0851- MDL, Revision New, dated 7/20/2007 or later AA DAS approved revision and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, document number B0851-AFMS, Revision New, dated 7/20/2007, or later AA DAS approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be incorporated in any aircraft of this specific model until compatibility of this modification with previously approved modifications has been determined by the installer. This modification requires prior incorporation of Boeing S/B 777-25-0398 and is limited to the aircraft effectivity as defined in report B0851-SNER Revision New or later AA DAS approved revision. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
