Description of Type Design Change: The installation of an Executive Interior in accordance with the Jet Aviation Services: 1) “Master Data List”, document number: 2474-001, revision: G, dated: October 01, 2003, or later FAA approved revision, and 2) FAA approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS)for aircraft serial number 33405, document number: BBJ33405-201-01, revision: IR, dated: July 17, 2003 or later FAA approved revision and for aircraft serial number 33499, AFMS document number: BBJ33499-201- 01, revision: IR, dated: October 03, 2003 or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Boeing Model 737- 700 IGW, Serial Number: 33405 and 33499. This Aircraft is not to be operated for hire or offered for common carriage.
