Installation of a WeatherMASTER® X-Band Fuselage Nose Radome in accordance with NORDAM Master Drawing list MDL-190-767-00, Revision B, dated April 3, 2014, or later FAA approved revision. Maintenance is required in accordance with Document Number TNG-SMM-767-777, Revision 01, dated February 14, 2014, or later FAA accepted revision.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis (Continued):

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and 21.101(b)(1), and FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 767-200, 767-300, 767-300F and 767-400ER series aircraft modified by the installation of NORDAM WeatherMASTER Nose Radome Assembly is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Boeing 767-200, 767-300, 767-300F and 767-400ER series airplanes is shown on TCDS A1NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of the application, June 25, 2013, is based upon part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-100 with the exception of 25.613 at Amendment 25-112.

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and 21.101(b)(1), and FAA order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:

Regulations at the latest amendment through 25-100 except 25.613 at Amendment 25-112, 14 CFR §25.25, 25.305, 25.307(a),

25.335(b), 25.365(e)(f), 25.603, 25.605(a), 25.613(a)(b)(c), 25.625(a)(b)(c), and 25.1529.

Regulations at the amendment level in TCDS A1NM 14 CFR §25.1, 25.27, 25.301, 25.303, 25.365(e)(2) [existing Boeing structure], 25.581, 25.601, 25.609(a), 25.611, 25.619, 25.623, and

25.1301.

14 CFR Part 26 Regulations Based on 14 CFR §21.101(g), applicable provisions of 14 CFR Part 26 are included in the certification basis. For any future 14 CFR Part 26 Amendments, the holder of this STC must demonstrate compliance with the applicable sections. As of the issue date of this STC, compliance has been found for the following regulations 14 CFR §26.11(c) (Amdt. No. 26-0) and 14 CFR §26.47(b) (Amdt. No.

26-1).
