Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication on other products.
This approval is limited to only the installation made in the prototype aircraft.
This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Falcon 900EX (EASy Definition) aircraft fitted with this STC is as follows.
a. Except for the requirements listed in "b" below, the certification basis for this STC is the same as stated in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A46EU, Revision 11 dated 2-9-2004. The EASy designation for Falcon 900EX does not correspond to a model designation. This is only a commercial designation for airplanes on which a Major modification number M3083 has been embodied.
b. The requirements peculiar to this STC are listed below.
