Description of Type Design Change: Alterations to F/C seating, monuments fwd of the mid galley complex, sidewalls throughout the aircraft, and IFE products in accordance with Master Data List, C2826-MDL, Revision F, 14 December 2011, or later ODA-700094-SW approved revision and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number C2826-AFMS, Revision IR, dated 15 August 2008, or later ODA-700094- SW approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be incorporated in any aircraft of this specific model until compatibility of this modification with previously approved modifications has been determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for non-significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing Model 767-200 series aircraft for the change is as follows:
