F9EX-01058 505 and 507 Installation Maintenance Manual Supplemental, Report 37868, revision B, dated 31-Jan-2008 or later FAA accepted revision is required.

Maintenance Manual Supplemental, Report 37377, revision E, dated 30-July-2008 or later FAA accepted revision is required.

Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
