Description of Type Design Change: Installation of an Executive Interior in accordance with Associated Air Center (AAC) “Master Document List” Document Number 2311000000, Revision B, dated April 10, 2006 or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Document Number 2311021090, Revision IR, dated April 10, 2006, or later FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. The items identified in the AAC Document “Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Nonessential Equipment Summary” Document Number 2311250197, Revision IR dated April 6, 2006 are considered inadequate for duplication on other products. Approval of Document Number 2311250197 is limited only to the installations made in Airbus A319-115, Serial Number 2487.

This aircraft is not to be operated for hire or offered for common carriage. Airworthiness limitation inspections, per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix H, are contained in Chapter 3 of AAC Document Number 2311050090, Revision D, dated April 10, 2006 titled “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness”.

Items identified in the AAC Document entitled “FAR Non-Compliance Report”, Document Number 2311000092, Revision B, dated April 6, 2006, have been approved by the country of registry and are not approved as part of this FAA STC. These items must be brought into compliance prior to placing the aircraft in United States of America Registry.

Certification Basis:

The same as that identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A28NM except for the election of later amendments as listed: 14CFR 25.812(e) Amdt. 25-58, 25.853(c) Amdt. 25-86, 25.856(a) Amdt. 25-111, 25.869(a) Amdt. 25-113, 25.981(a)(3) and

(b) Amdt. 25-102. This STC incorporates the use of Exemption Number 7489.
