This aircraft is not to be operated for hire or offered for common carriage. Airworthiness limitation inspections per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix H, are contained in Chapter 3 of AAC Document Number 2429050090, Revision D, dated May 30, 2007 titled “ Instructions for Continued Airworthiness”.

Certification Basis: The same as that identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet A16WE except for the election of later amendments as listed: 14 CFR 25.813 (a)(b)(1)(3)(c)(1)(2)(ii)(3)(d)(f) Amdt. 25-76, 25.856 (a) Amdt. 25-111,

25.1316 (b)(c)(6) Amdt. 25-80. This STC incorporates the use of Exemption Numbers 6820 and 6820A.
