Description of Type Design Change: Installation of provisions only modification of an upgraded Message Processing and Display System for NEACP Milstar communications system, all in accordance with Rockwell Collins, Inc. FAA Master Drawing List 816-6913, Revision F, dated September 08, 2005, or later FAA approved revision
Limitations and Conditions: Aircraft must previously have been modified to comply with STC SA8433SW. This STC is limited to use on aircraft serial numbers: 20682, 20683, 20684, and 20949.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis: The Certification Basis for this STC is 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 25 effective February 1, 1965, with Amendments 25-1 through 25-8 plus 25-15, 25-17, 25-18, and 25-20.
