230-2001-103 and -107 Installations require the aircraft be equipped with Collins Proline 21 radios with IFIS STC ST01342WI-D and the Data Link Communications option AAC-0411.

230-2001-111 and -113 Installations requires an operating Aircell CTR unit with a FAA approved installation.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must provide the other person written evidence of that permission.
