The items identified in the AAC Document "Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Nonessential/ Equipment Summary", Document Number 2393250197, Revision IR, dated January 9, 2007, are considered inadequate for duplication and are limited to aircraft Serial Nos. 2675, 2706, and 3073.

Airworthiness limitation inspections per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix H, are contained in Chapter 3 of AAC Document "Instructions for Continued Airworthiness", Document Number 2393050090, Revision D, dated March 6, 2008, or later FAA approved revision.

Installation of cabin seats are not approved as part of this STC and are not compliant with the requirements specified in paragraph 25.562 of FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A28NM. Items requiring compliance with 25.562 must be brought into compliance prior to placing the aircraft in United States of America registry. Any reference to the cabin seats in the approved design data is for reference only.

Certification Basis: The same as that identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet A28NM except for the election of later amendments as listed.
