FAA Approved AFM Supplement, Report 38210-1 dated 1-28-08 or later FAA approved revision is required.

Supplemental Maintenance Manual Chapters 23-17-01, 23-17-03, 23-17-05, 23-17-07, 23-17-09, 23-17-11 revision B, dated JAN 2008 or later FAA approved revision is required.

Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Falcon 2000EX (EASy Definition) aircraft fitted with this STC is as follows.

a. Requirements listed in “b” below are certification basis for this STC is the same as stated in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A50NM, Revision 6 dated 4-29-09. The EASy designation for Falcon 2000EX does not correspond to a model designation. This is only a commercial designation for airplanes on which Major modification numbers M2846 and M3229 have been embodied.
