Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the aircraft fitted with this STC is as follows.
a. Falcon 900EX Except for the requirements listed in “d” below, the certification basis for this STC is the same as stated in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A46EU, Revision 13 dated 2-27-2006.
b. Falcon 900EX (Falcon 900EX EASy Definition).
Except for the requirements listed in “d” below, the certification basis for this STC is the same as stated in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A46EU, Revision 13 dated 2-27-2006. The EASy designation for Falcon 900EX does not correspond to a model designation. This is only a commercial designation for airplanes on which a Major modification number M3083 has been embodied.
c. Falcon 900EX (Falcon 900DX Definition).
Except for the requirements listed in “d” below, the certification basis for this STC is the same as stated in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A46EU, Revision 13 dated 2-27-2006. The 900DX designation for Falcon 900EX does not correspond to a model designation. This is only a commercial designation for airplanes on which Major Modifications M3083, M3876, M4000, M3555, M3755, M5047, M5012, M5046, and M3987 have been embodied.
