Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report ICA-F00-01013-503, revision Original, dated 28-Sep-2009 or later FAA approved revision is required for installations prior to April 2011 for F00-01013 installation 503.

Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
