2. Installation of STCs SA9168SC-D and SA9203SC-D are prerequisites for this STC.

3. The aircraft is not to be operated for hire or offered for common carriage.

4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), L-3 Communications Integrated Systems, Greenville Document No. G6165V.28.08 Revision NC, dated 19 June 2008, or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

5. This STC may not be installed after June 7, 2010 unless compliance to 14 CFR 26.11(c) has been shown by this date.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, the certification basis for the McDonnell Douglas DC-9-32 aircraft is as follows:
