2. This modification installs provisions to support the installation and activation of satellite voice and data services. The FAA has certified the structural aspects of this modification but not the functionality for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install and operate this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
