FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement CEB1428M002, Rev -, dated 15 January 2010 or later FAA approved revision is required for the Aircell Cabin Telecommunications Router (CTR) ONLY configuration. Installation of the Aircell Air to Ground (ATG) Communications System with the Aircell Axxess II Airborne Satcom System requires FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement GA21203M001, Rev -, dated 14 August 2009 or later FAA approved revision. Installation of the Aircell Air to Ground (ATG) Communications System with the Aircell Cabin Telecommunications Router (CTR) requires FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement CEB1428M002, Rev -, dated 15 January 2010 or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness GA24203A001 Rev. D dated 2 November 2010 or later FAA approved revision is required and includes FAA approved Airworthiness Limitations. The certification basis for this STC is the same as listed on Type Certificate Data Sheet A53NM with the addition of 25.981 at amendment 102. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
