Description of Type Design Change (Continued):

Installation of Executive Interior in accordance with Gore Design Completions (GDC), Ltd., Certification Drawing List, GCD-429-03, Revision K, released September 3, 2008, or later FAA approved revision and certified in accordance with GDC Substantiation Report List, GCD-429-04, Revision C, released January 27, 2014. The aircraft is to be maintained per the “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Airbus A320-214 Interior Installation:, GDC Document Number GCD- 429-05, Revision G, released June 25, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) titled “Airplane Flight manual Supplement for Airbus A320-214 with Executive Interior”, Document Number GFA-429-24, Revision A, dated December 22, 2008, or later FAA approved revision is required.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. Parts identified in GDC document number GMT-429-70, titled “Interior Modification Parts Listing-Approved for S/N 3199 Only”, Revision A, released May 9, 2008, are not included as part of multiple STC ST10831SC and are not permitted to be reproduced or manufactured for multiple installations.

Maximum seating for this aircraft (other than the pilot and co-pilot) is 8 crew (2 in the cockpit jump seats, 4 in the flight attendants seats, 1 in the hallway guard seat and 1 in the communication station seat) and 40 passengers. Other than the pilot and co-pilot, a minimum of two flight attendants are required to be on board the aircraft for compliance with this STC – one must be sitting in the forward flight attendant seat and one in the aft flight attendant seat. This aircraft is not to be operating for hire or offered for common carriage.

Certification Basis:

a. All regulations at the amendment levels identified in Type Certificate data Sheet (TCDS) A28NM except for the following regulations that have been complied with at a higher amendment level:
