Instructions for Continue Airworthiness, Report ICA-F2EX-01036-501, revision Original, dated August 14, 2010 or later FAA approved revision is required.

Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

For Aircell ATG4000 Installation Dassault Aviation, Modifications M3512 and M3526 are also required to be embodied.
