ST10909SC-D Limitations and Conditions (Continued):

Airworthiness limitation inspections per 14 CFR Part 25, Appendix H, are contained in Chapter 3 of AAC Document Number 2813050090, Revision IR, dated September 1, 2011 titled “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness” or later FAA/ODA approved revision.

The FAA has reviewed the applicant's assessment showing that this modification does not impact the existing Electrical Wiring Interconnection System Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (EWIS ICA) and found that no additional EWIS ICA tasks are required. Refer to Report No. 2813052091 "EWIS ICA Evaluation", Revision A, dated October 4, 2011, or later FAA/ODA approved revision.

STC No. ST09609SC is required to be incorporated on B737-700, S/N 29142, prior to installing STC ST10909SC-D.

Certification Basis: The same as that identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet A16WE.
