3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA) are contained in DRB Aviation Consultants document number IDA-HL-08-032, revision C, dated January 22, 2009, or later FAA accepted revision and must be provided to the operator at the time of installation. This document contains airworthiness limitation inspections that meet requirements set forth in 14 CFR 25, Appendix H, or later FAA approved revisions.

5. The engineering approval of a changed type certificate limitation does not permit a change in operating rule applicability to the operator of the changed aircraft. An applicant for an operating rule applicability change must consult with their responsible certificate management office (CMO).
