Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Norwegian Special Mission (NSM) Flight Inspection System UNIFIS 3000, in accordance with Master Drawing list 768-003-MDL_560XL Revision C dated February 12, 2009 or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement 768-023-AFMS 560XL, Rev. IR dated March 03, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 768-025-ICA 560XL Rev.

IR dated December 26, 2008, or later FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: This installation is limited to serial numbers SN 560-5501 through 560-6000. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
