Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The installer must verify that the airplane meets the configuration requirements contained in West Star Aviation document 05140001, “Requirements - Aircell CTR WiFi”, revision I/R, dated August 23, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.
New Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation GV modified by activating an AirCell WiFi cabin router is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation GV airplanes is shown on TCDS A12EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of applications, June 6, 2011, is based upon part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-132:
