Description of Type Design Change: The installation of a Pratt & Whitney Flight Data Acquisition, Storage and Transmission System (FAST) in accordance with Pratt & Whitney Installation Data List GN4-T-100-1, Revision B dated June 13, 2012 or GN4-T-100-2 Revision B dated October 27, 2013 or later FAA approved revisions. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement GN4-T-250-1, Revision A dated June 11, 2012 or GN4-T-250-2, Revision A dated November 1, 2013 or later FAA approved revisions is required.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) GN4-T-260-2, Revision B dated February 13, 2012 or GN4-T-260-3, Revision C dated July 3, 2013 or later FAA accepted revision must be available to the operator at the time of installation.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
