2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The airplane must be equipped with an adequate capacity of life rafts and approved survival equipment in accordance with §25.1411(d), Amendment 25-32 and §25.1415(b) and (c), Amendment 25-29 in order to conduct extended overwater operations.

4. The FAA has reviewed the applicant’s assessment showing that this modification does not impact the existing electrical wiring interconnection system instructions for continued airworthiness (EWIS ICA) and found that no additional EWIS ICA tasks are required.

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48 the certification basis for the Boeing 767-300 series modified by installing an interior reconfiguration from a 2-class configuration to an all economy class configuration is as follows:
