3 Limitations and Conditions: (continued) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

1) FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, EMS Aviation, Inc. Document AFM-2010-500, Revision IR, dated April 17, 2012 or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft.

2) The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Airworthiness Limitations contained in EMS Aviation, Inc. Document ICA-2010-500, Revision IR, dated July 27, 2011 or later FAA approved revision, in addition to the basic aircraft maintenance manuals.
