The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number 102845-ICA, Revision G, dated November 01, 2024 or later FAA/ODA accepted revision shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation. The aircraft shall be maintained in accordance with the applicable Instructions for Continued Airworthiness. A revised EWIS ICA is not required for this STC.

This STC is contingent on prior or concurrent incorporation of the following Airbus service bulletins:

For Aircraft Serial Numbers 7589, 7639, 7861, 7942, 7999, 8120, 8126, 8246, 8819, 8829

1. Airbus Interior Services Service Bulletin 25AI182 for Installation of the S1 Closet and G2 Galley, Revision B dated February 11, 2025, or later FAA approved revision.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for non-significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus Model A321-253N and the A321-253NX aircraft for the change is as follows:

a. The Type Certification basis for Airbus Model A321-253N and A321-253NX airplanes is shown on TCDS A28NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, November 12, 2018 is based upon Part 25, as amended by Amendment 25-145 and Part 26 as amended by Amendment 26-6. Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for non-significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
