Installation of an Executive Interior in accordance with Gore Design Completions (GDC), Ltd., Certification Drawing List Number 515- SD-03, Revision R, dated April 16, 2014, or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement titled “Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Airbus A340 211 and 212 with Executive Interior”, Document Number 515-TP-49, Revision IR, issued May 1, 2014, or later FAA approved revision is required.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Installation of this STC first requires the installation of STC number ST09092AC-D.

The aircraft is to be maintained per the “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness”, GDC Document Number 515-TP-05, Revision A, released May 1, 2014, or later FAA accepted revision.

Maximum seating for this aircraft (other than the pilot, co-pilot, and observer) is 10 crew (flight attendants) and 77 passengers. Other than the pilot and co-pilot, a minimum of 8 flight attendants are required on board the aircraft for compliance with this STC. One flight attendant must be sitting near each emergency exit for taxi, takeoff, and landing. This aircraft is not to be operated for hire or offered for common carriage.
