2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Must have factory installed Pro Line 21.

4. The Database Unit (DBU) must be factory installed DBU-5010E or updated to a DBU-5010E per ST01431WI-D.

5. If the optional LPV TAWS Mode 5 is installed, LPV must be installed from the factory, factory service bulletin or be installed per STC ST01547WI-D.

6. If optional 3rd VHF datalink to support CPDLC is installed and aircraft is required to have a CVR installed for operation, interface with CVR model CVR-120R and CVR-1651R have been verified for CPDLC datalink recording.

7. The CVR-1651R has not been verified to interface with previously installed HF system(s).

New Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation Hawker 750, Hawker 800XP, Hawker 850XP and Hawker 900XP modified by installing the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 update to include TAWS mode 5 warnings during LPV approaches, optional automatic dependent surveillance broadcast (ADS-B (Continued on sheet 4 of 4)
