2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The FAA has reviewed the applicant’s assessment showing that this modification does not impact the existing electrical wiring interconnection system instructions for continued airworthiness (EWIS ICA) and found that no additional EWIS ICA tasks are required.

4. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made on Boeing Model 767-316, Serial Number 27597. This STC does not permit manufacturing for multiple installations.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 767-316 aircraft modified by installing a “Group P” interior configuration is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Boeing 767-300 series airplanes is shown on TCDS A1NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, May 14, 2016, include:
