Installation of a Pratt & Whitney enhanced Flight Data Acquisition Storage and Transmission (eFAST) system in accordance with “Data List, Compliance Data, Pratt & Whitney eFASTtm, A321, ODA STC,” document DL2009M00, revision E, dated 1/8/18, or later FAA approved revision, and “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for eFAST Health Management Computer,” document PWA-11557, revision C, dated 11/3/2017 or later FAA accepted revision.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The FAA has reviewed the applicant’s assessment showing that this modification does not impact the existing electrical wiring interconnection system instructions for continued airworthiness (EWIS ICA) and found that no additional EWIS ICA tasks are required.

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus SAS A321 series aircraft modified by installing a Pratt & Whitney enhanced Flight Data Acquisition Storage and Transmission (eFAST) system is as follows:
