3. In order for any airplane certified under SFAR 109 to be placed in Part 135 or Part 121 operations, the airplane must be brought back into full compliance with the applicable operational part.

4. The FAA has reviewed the applicant's assessment showing that this modification does not impact the existing electrical wiring interconnection system instructions for continued airworthiness (EWIS ICA) and found that no additional EWIS ICA tasks are required.

5. Aircraft with STC installed not to be operated for hire or common carriage.

6. STC design was not assessed on aircraft with the following modifications with later certification basis amendments, as referenced in TCOS A28NM:

o Modification 160001 (large wingtip device installations - Sharklet) D Modification 160080 (large wingtip device installation - Sharklet) o Modification 160500 (large wingtip device installation - Sharklet) D Modification 157777 (MAX PAX with Wing Tip Fence)

7. Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment installed under this STC shall not be eligible for parts manufacturer approvals (PMA).

8. STC ST02518LA, which installs a cabin interior noise reduction system and supplemental thermal/acoustic insulation blanket system, must be installed.

New Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus SAS A319-133 aircraft modified by installing an executive interior is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Airbus SAS A319-133 aircraft is shown on TCDS A28NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, November 20, 2015, include:

Regulations at the latest amendment 25-0 through 25-144 14 CFR §25.856(a), 25.981 (a)(3)(d), 25.1543(b), and 25.1585(a).

Regulations at an intermediate amendment 14 CFR §25.812(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(i)O)(k)(I) (amd 25-58), 25.853(a)(f)(g)(h) (amd 25-83), 25.855(c)(d) (amd 25-72),
