L-3 Communications Integrated Systems L.P. Document No. WTP-40178-MM-S, Revision IR, dated March 22, 2019 or later FAA-accepted revisions are a required part of this STC when the applicable item is installed.

Limitations and Conditions: (Continued) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The maximum number of passengers must not exceed 18. There are a total of 15 passenger seats and 3 crew seats installed that are approved for taxi, takeoff, and landing in the maximum passenger configuration.

The airplane must not be operated for hire or offered for common carriage. This provision does not preclude the operator from receiving remuneration to the extent consistent with 14 CFR parts 125 and 91, subpart F, as applicable.

This STC makes use of Exemption 17386.

This STC requires the following prerequisites:

Dassault Aviation modifications (M2846, M3229, M3254, M3390, M3453 and M5000) to configure to the commercial designation for the Falcon 2000LXS.

Dassault Aviation Service Bulletins: SB 901, SB 902, SB 903, SB 904, SB 905, SB 906, and SB 907.

Dassault Aviation Modifications: M3907, M3916, M3869, M3841, M3905, M3868, and M3794.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the F2000EX series airplane is as follows:
