1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement document number V009-TP-49, Rev (C) dated August 12, 2020 or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this modification.

3. In addition to the basic aircraft maintenance manuals, the aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA Document V009-TP-05-00, Revision (003) Airworthiness Limitations, dated August 13, 2020, or later FAA approved revision.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
