Installation of a forward lavatory with an externally serviced waste system. The installation is accomplished in accordance with Embraer Installation Manual, ESCWWE001 Revision B, dated January 22, 2016 and Master Documents List ESCWWD001 Revision J dated October 9, 2018. The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) are accomplished in accordance with ICA-008 Revision A, dated October 9, 2018. This STC was originally issued as a validation of Brazilian CST (STC) No. 2010S08-11 (August 16, 2010), and transferred to a United States based Design Approval Holder (DAH) on July 22, 2019.
1. The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
